When registering your 27vip account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, Philippine mobile number, and date of birth. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information throughout your use of the platform.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 27vip login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or OTP codes with any third party. 27vip shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to protect your credentials.

27vip offers bonuses, free credits, cashback, and other promotions to registered players from time to time. All such promotions are subject to their specific terms, which will be published alongside the promotion. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for that promotion only.
General rules applicable to all 27vip bonuses:
Players who attempt to abuse the 27vip bonus system — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated wagering strategies designed to exploit low-risk wagering requirements, or any other manipulation — will have their bonuses voided and may have their accounts suspended.

Published Return to Player (RTP) rates for each game are made available within the 27vip platform. These rates represent the theoretical long-term return over a statistically significant number of rounds and do not guarantee results in any individual session or series of sessions.
In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or software error during a game round, 27vip's technical records shall serve as the authoritative source for resolving the outcome. Where a malfunction has resulted in an erroneous win or payout, 27vip reserves the right to void that transaction and restore the player's account balance to its pre-round state.
Players must not use any software, tool, script, or bot that automates, manipulates, or otherwise interferes with game play on the 27vip platform. Any attempt to do so constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in any intellectual property owned by or licensed to 27vip.
You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any 27vip intellectual property without prior written authorisation from 27vip. Unauthorised use of 27vip's intellectual property may constitute trademark or copyright infringement under Philippine law.
27vip collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering a 27vip account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.
27vip may be required to share player data with PAGCOR or other Philippine regulatory and law enforcement authorities in connection with its compliance obligations. Such sharing is not a breach of the Privacy Policy.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 27vip's aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
27vip shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill — arising from your use of the platform, regardless of whether 27vip has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
27vip is not liable for any service interruption, loss of game data, or inability to access the platform caused by factors beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to telecommunications failures, power outages, natural disasters, or government-ordered service restrictions.
27vip reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, where:
Where an account is closed for reasons other than a Terms breach, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable time, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.
Players who wish to voluntarily close their 27vip account may do so by contacting the support team. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 5 business days.
27vip reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where an amendment materially affects your rights or obligations as a player, 27vip will provide reasonable notice — typically via in-platform notification or email to your registered contact — prior to the amendment taking effect.
Amendments to these Terms take effect from the date published on this page. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document reflects the date of the most recent revision. Your continued use of the 27vip platform after an amendment takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
If you disagree with any amendment, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through 27vip's internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
Players who wish to raise a dispute regarding a game outcome, transaction, or account decision should first contact the 27vip support team. 27vip will endeavour to resolve all disputes within 10 business days of receiving a complete written complaint. Players who remain unsatisfied following the internal resolution process may escalate their complaint to the relevant Philippine gaming regulatory authority.
